What You Will Do:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one support to students
• Help maintain a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others learn and grow
